Self-Catering Accommodation Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation for any reason prior to final remittance, the deposit will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the entire period of the intended stay.
In the event of cancellation for any reason after the final remittance has been sent, i.e. 1 month prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable, and the balance will only be refunded if the accommodation is re-let for the full period of the intended stay.
You are strongly advised therefore, to take out holiday insurance to cover the risk of unavoidable cancellation.
